B.P.A(Belgian Style Pale Ale)-

Rich honey color with a medium malt body.  Accessible palate-smooth with a light finish, soft spice with mild earth tones and subtle esters.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Caramel malt, Perle & Styrian Goldings and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

6.7% ABV  Original Gravity 14.60  IBU 35


I.G.A.(Imperial Golden Ale)-

Amber/Caramel color, malt forward followed by mild hop flavors in the mid mouth,  complex malt finish with long yet crisp clean back palate.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Munich malt, Perle and East Kent Goldings and our proprietary English Ale yeast strain.

6.8% ABV   Original Gravity 16.80   IBU 35


Belgian Style Porter-

Brown Porter, dark walnut in color, biscuity and robust with a subtle raisin flavor, fluffy head, delicate creamy mouthfeel with a light hop aftertaste.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Imported Chocolate, Black and Biscuit malt, Perle and UK Goldings Hops, and our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

6.1% ABV  Original Gravity 14.80    IBU 32


India Pale Ale-

A well balanced IPA!  Dark honey with deep orange tones in color, citrus and piney aromas, rounded palate with soft malt tones and a firm hop presence, from front to back.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale and Munich, Maris Otter Crisp, and Belgian Caramunich malt, Columbus, Centennial and Amarillo hops, and our proprietary English yeast strain.

6.4% ABV  Original Gravity 15.60    IBU 50


Seasonals & Specialties:


Dubbel-

Our version of a Belgian classic!  Auburn in color with reddish undertones, biscuity, banana bread and dried fruit aromas.  A firm body, with a sweet malt and browned sugar flavors with a warm mouthfeel.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner and Munich malt, Imported Biscuit, Caramel and Black malt, Perle and UK Goldings, Styrian Goldings hops, and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

8.6% ABV  Original Gravity 17.80    IBU 25


Tripel-

Golden in color with a orange hue, aromas of banana, candy licorice, with subtle biscuit.  Well rounded and smooth, with a clean, delicate sweet finish.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt, Imported Nothern Brewer and Styrian Goldings hops, and our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

Belgian Style Dark Strong Ale-

A big, full bodied ale, chestnut brown, raisiny nose and palette with hints of licorice, followed with a warm, sweet finish.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner and Munich malt, Imported Crystal and Black malt, Perle and Styrian Goldings Hops, and with our proprietary Belgian Ale yeast strain.

DIPA-Double India Pale Ale-

Our hop bomb-you want it, you got it!  How else can we put it?  Hops, hops and more hops.  Red/Amber color, driven by American hop varietals.  Resinous and delicious!  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, Munich malt, Imported Caramel and Biscuit malt, Northern Brewer, Palisade, Cascade, Simcoe and our proprietary English Ale yeast strain.

8.6% ABV  Original Gravity 18.80    IBU 65


English Barley Wine-

One malt + two hops= one easy drinking Winter Ale.  No spices in this ale!  Translucent caramel in color, well rounded sweet biscuity aromas, a fine balance of malt and resinous hops that creates a simple, straight forward winter warmer.  Brewed with Gambrinus ESB malt, Perle and U.K. Goldings hops with our proprietary English yeast strain.

8.4% ABV  Original Gravity 20.30    IBU 45


Black Forest Imperial Stout-

A truly opulent stout- chocolaty, roasty, and toasty with a creamy mouthfeel. Complex aromas with overtones of chocolate and hints of cherries and vanilla.  Aromas and flavors are unveiled at warmer temperatures.  A great dessert beer!  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Munich, Caramunich, Chocolate, Dark Crystal malt, Roasted Barley, Oats, Sterling and U.K. Goldings Hops and our proprietary English yeast strain.

Belgian Red-

Our mildest ale to date, light and refreshing.  Orange with sienna undertones in color, fruity esters and light spice aromas with a silky smooth mouthfeel.  A fine balance of mild malt and subtle hop flavors.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Caramel, Biscuit, a touch of Chocolate malt, Oats, Sterling Goldings and Spalt hops, with our proprietary Belgian yeast Strain

5.3% ABV   Original Gravity 14.50   IBU  35


Dusseldorf Altbier-

A historic German ale!  Caramel to brown in color with reddish highlights.  Sweet and robust with delicate toasty aromas.  Soft bready approach on the front, mild creaminess on the side palette, robust, and bitter finish with hints of smoke.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale, Pilsner, and Munich, plus Castle Black malt, Spalt hops and a German yeast strain.

5.6% ABV  Original Gravity 14.70  IBU 35

 

Tripel du Chene-

Amber in color, “brandy-like” nose that is sweet and spicy with an apple scent, creamy mouthfeel that is oaky and nutty with vanilla tones, finishes sweet, dry and boozy.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Northern Brewer and Styrian Goldings hops, our proprietary Belgian yeast strain and aged on French Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 12 months.  This is a still beer, best served at room temperature.

Batch 69-

Well we took humor with this batch, in hopes it would be reciprocated. Hopefully you find it in good taste. The beer would be best described as a hoppy American Strong Ale, aka DIPA.  The concept behind it however was to embrace the strange, so we used a mix of Gambrinus Pale and Pilsner, German Caramunich II, Cascade, Centennial, Falconers Flight, Columbus, and Sterling(the stranger) with a Citra dry hop for the spice. It was then fermented with a German Ale yeast strain to leave you with a totally exotic(possible erotic), WTF experience. Enjoy, I did! Did you?

Sommer Sauer Weizen-

A perfect sour ale for those hot summer days!  Pours a hazy pale yellow, tropical aromas; pineapple, banana, and coconut.  Light and tart mouth-feel, crisp and sour on the forward and mid-palate, with delicate tones of butter, oak and chardonnay on the finish.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain.  Aged for 12 months on American oak Chardonnay barrels with a little help from Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and Clasussennii.

5.1% ABV  Original Gravity 11.10  IBU 15

 

Bohemian Pilsener-

…and they asked, “Is Redwood Curtain capable of brewing a sessionable beer?” Dark straw in color, pillowy and frothy head, crisp aroma with shades of spice, a dry, yet crisp mouthfeel and typical Noble hop finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Carabohemian and Carafoam malt, Northern Brewer and Sterling hops and a limited release Lager yeast strain

5.0% ABV  Original Gravity 12.00   IBU 40

 

Oktoberfest-

A Fall favorite that fuses malt and lager yeast. Copper in color. A bready nose, that is light and clean, a delicate nutty flavor with mild earth-tones and a firm mouthfeel. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Caramunich, and Global Vienna, Northern Brewer, and Vanguard hops and a limited release Lager yeast strain.

6.0% ABV Original Gravity 15.10 IBU 30


Centennial Ale(aka Batch 100)-

100% Organic Malt and 100% Centennial Hops in this Pale Ale! A smooth tight head, yellowish-orange in color, big citrus and floral aromas, finishing slight sweet and hoppy.  Brewed with Organic Crisp Pale, Organic, Weyermann Caramunich, Organic Gambrinus Munich malt, Centennial hops and our proprietary English yeast strain.

5.4% ABV  Original Gravity 13.90  IBU  42

 

Peche Rustique-

Funky, fruity and spicyaromas, cloudy and fuzzy straw-like appearance, milky and medicinal mouthfeel, earthy undertones with a big tart finish.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich, and Wheat, Perle hops, and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on American Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, and a Belgian yeast strain, we then add peaches and aged for another 2 months.

5.1 % ABV  Original Gravity 11.10  IBU  15
